WHAT TO EXPECT
Just a few minutes outside of Occidental lies the serene Mighty Arrow Ranch, where we’ll gather in the enchanting Redwood Room—a natural grove surrounded by towering trees.
The afternoon begins with a one-hour flow practice led by Jenay Hofftin, designed to ground us in the rhythms of nature while connecting the physical body and spirit body.
After class, enjoy a light seasonal nosh before we welcome Tara Mantone, Psychic and Medium. Tara holds a rare gift—she receives messages and invitations from loved ones and pets who have crossed over. With openness and compassion, she will guide the group through 1.5 hours of intuitive readings, offering clarity, comfort, and insight and humor.
We’ll close our circle in reflection, carrying with us a deeper understanding of the many layers of connection—within ourselves, with each other, and beyond.

Park at the front of the property or past the barn near the house.
4:30pm Gentle Flow
5:30pm Snack and intro to mediumship
5:35pm Group Reading
7:30pm Close the circle
YOGA BEGINS at 4:30 sharp. Please arrive at Mighty Arrow Ranch no later than 4:15.
There is a gentle walk from the parking area to the redwood room at the back of the property.
Please allow 10 minutes to get from the parking to the redwood grove.
To get to the redwood grove follow the road all the way past the barn and the house and right into the redwoods
If you need help caring supplies we can arrange for a car to drive it back.
