Celebrate the Fall Harvest with Jenay at her retreat center in Western Sonoma County

 

Whether you are a local or coming from out of town, this weekend is for all! Together we will meditate, flow, hike, eat, drink and be merry! We will gather to celebrate the bounty and abundance of the garden, mother earth and our spirits. 

 

The retreat will consist of morning meditation, two yoga classes a day, farm to table meals, campfires, a fermentation workshop and many more surprises!  

Accommodations vary from farm lux to glamping, all yoga and meals are included. The retreat begins on Friday afternoon and ends Sunday afternoon.
