8 days and  7 nights on an Italian Island

Daily yoga, emerald coasts, artisan cheese, handmade pasta, wine, old world farms, rugged mountains, and pristine white beaches...

Sardinia

July 1st-8th

Join Jenay Martin, Owner and Operator of the Lotus Feed Farm and Retreat Center, for a week long luxurious adventure to the Island of Sardinia.  Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and while it is a part of Italy, it is rich with it's own history and traditions. After visiting this past summer, Jenay is excited to bring Sardinia's rustic beauty, cuisine and adventures to her students.

This is truly a vacation that you will never forget!

This retreat is a traveling retreat. We begin on the west coast, where we will be staying seaside and exploring the old city of Alghero. After two nights we will head east towards the famous Emerald coastline where we will spend the remainder of the trip at an incredible boutique artisan hotel nestled into the rugged countryside.

Here attendees will have the opportunity to visit and eat at a traditional homestead and farm known as an agriturismo. We will taste the local cheese and farm products while getting a peak into classic Sardinian farm life. We can roll up our sleeves and learn how to make local pasta and bread from the Nona's (Grandma in Italian) as well as taste the world renowned wine that is specific to the island.

Alghero at Sunset

We will also explore the Emerald coast, visiting beaches that are only accessible by boat while we sun, snorkel and play in the healing calm waters of Sardinia.

Sardinia will absolutely blow your mind! From the rustic and rugged mountains to the most crystal clear water you will ever see. It is a place where old world charm collides with modern day luxury and the result is the very essence of La Dolce Vita! Space is limited so grab your passport and lets feed our mind body and souls in Sardinia!

How do I sign up?
Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and send a non-refundable $500 deposit to P.O. Box 10, Occidental, Ca 95465. Checks can be made out to Anjenaya and yes, we accept paypal.

Where do I fly in and out of?
Sardinia has many small airports. There are no direct flights from the U.S.. Look into flights with connections in Rome or Florence. It might be cheaper to book two seperate flights. One flight to Italy and then a second flight to Sardinia. This way you can spend a few days on either end in Rome or Florence.
Please fly into Alghero Fertilia Airport: AHO.  The Lotus Feed transport will be headed back to Alghero so you can fly out of AHO or coordinate your own departure out of Olbia airport just north of our final hotel. PLEASE EMAIL when you get ready to book airfare so that we can be sure to get you to and from properly!

Do I need to know how to do yoga?
Absolutely not! We accept students of all walks of life. Have no fear, you can go at your own pace and participate in the yoga as you see fit.

What if I want to share a room but don't have a friend to share with?
Rooming always seems to work out. While it can be fun to travel with a friend, we will do our best to match you with a great roommate.

How do payment plans work?
We will work with you to create a monthly payment plan that works best with your finances. Payment must be paid in full one month prior to the trip.
