Service Description

MONDAY: 5:30pm - 6:30pm Mobility and Ease. This class is great from beginners and enthusiast who want to move a little slower and bring mobility into their joints. THURSDAY: 7:30am- 8:30am Mobility and Strength. This class is designed for people who want to build strength and length through mobility, functional movement and advanced sequences. SATURDAY: 8:30am-9:45am. This longer class allows us to start slow and build. Please sign up online as class space is greatly reduced. Due to limited space, you must cancel class 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for your reservation.
