7 days exploring the northeastern Italian Alps known as the Dolomites​

Join Jenay Hofftin on a cultural expedition through the limestone mountainous region know as the Dolomites. A UNESCO  heritage site, the chain of mountains features dramatic landscapes speckled with sheer rock walls, pinnacles and steeples. 

From Cortina d'Ampezzo to South Tyrol, we will explore, study, and taste the unique melding of Italian, Austrian and German cultures.

The first two nights will be spent in Cortina d'Amprezzo where we will explore the south eastern edge of the Dolomites and enjoy incredible local cuisine and mountain vibes. We will then spend the next 5 days in the Alto Adige/South Tyrol region taking day trips to see national parks, lakes and iconic mountain valley towns. 

This retreat is a nature focused, outdoor adventure. Hiking and walking will be balanced with yoga. Our luxury accommodations will provide our home base, and all level of fitness and physicality are welcome  As always individual planning can be accommodated. Biking, climbing and trekking are all easily accessible.
